智慧侦查时代命案积案侦查僵局的突破路径研究

• 摘要： 命案积案因时过境迁、疑踪难觅而导致侦破难度大，往往具备持续时间长、现场灭失、犯罪人信息少等特点，如何突破命案积案的侦查僵局是现阶段侦查人员应当思考的问题，经过整理发现命案积案的形成原因包括信息缺乏、信息干扰等因素，从而侦查人员应当采取超常迂回法，批判与优选法等具体方法打破思维困局，智慧侦查时代开展命案积案常态化侦查，结合大数据时代侦查技术的更新回溯推理案件， 还原案件事实，打破命案积案的困局。
