• 摘要： 当前司法鉴定类别管理面临着司法领域的鉴定需求与管理领域的鉴定类别不匹配的情形。司法行政机关统一管理下的鉴定项目无法满足司法实践中的鉴定需求，导致监管不严格、制度不健全的鉴定类别进入诉讼领域，引起公众对司法鉴定公信力的质疑。因此，为了使司法鉴定行业实现稳步发展，立法机关和管理机关应当协同合作，优化司法鉴定类别体系并完善不同类别鉴定项目相关制度规范。
• The current management of judicial appraisal categories is faced with a mismatch between the appraisal needs in the judicial field and the appraisal categories in the management field. The identification projects under the unified management of judicial administrative organs cannot meet the identification needs in judicial practice, resulting in the entry of identification categories into the litigation field with lax supervision and unsound systems, leading to public questions about the credibility of judicial identification. Therefore, in order to achieve steady development of the forensic appraisal industry, the legislative and regulatory authorities should work together to optimize the system of forensic appraisal categories and improve the institutional norms related to different categories of appraisal projects.
