• Abstract: The capital chain of online gambling is a complex and concealed system that involves multiple stages and various payment methods, providing fund circulation and settlement services for online gambling activities. The online gambling capital chain is divided into three stages: the source of gambling funds, payment channels, and gambling fund settlement. It facilitates the flow of gambling funds through third-party payment platforms, running score platforms, and underground banks, and uses virtual currencies for the settlement of gambling funds. This series of operations significantly increases the difficulty of evidence collection for the online gambling capital chain, thereby complicating the investigative process for law enforcement agencies handling online gambling cases. This article will focus on analyzing the operational model of the online gambling capital chain, reveal the challenges in evidence collection, and propose corresponding strategies for evidence gathering. 网络赌博资金链是一个复杂而隐蔽的系统，涉及多个环节和多种支付方式，为网络赌博活动提供资金流转和结算服务。网络赌博资金链分为赌资来源、支付渠道和赌资结算三个环节，通过第三方支付平台、跑分平台、地下钱庄等进行赌资的流转，利用虚拟货币进行赌资的结算。这一系列操作使得网络赌博资金链的取证难度大大提升，加大了侦查机关办理网络赌博案件的难度。本文将着重分析网络赌博资金链的运转模式，揭示网赌资金链的取证困境，提出相应的取证对策。
