• Abstract: Expert opinions possess high probative value among litigation evidence and can significantly influence trial outcomes. However, in judicial practice, the examination of expert opinions faces several dilemmas, including difficulties for judges in conducting effective reviews, imbalances in the adversarial process between litigation parties, and conflicts between examination costs and litigation costs. This paper first sorts out the characteristics of the probative value of expert opinions and the current state of their examination. It then analyzes the root causes of these dilemmas in assessing their probative value. Finally, the paper proposes countermeasures, emphasizing the importance of enhancing the cross-examination process for expert opinions and strengthening the standardization of judicial authentication, so as to provide new ideas for the examination of the probative value of expert opinions. 鉴定意见在诉讼证据中具有较高的证明效力，能够极大地影响审判结果。司法实践中，鉴定意见审查面临法官审查困难、诉讼双方对抗失衡和审查与诉讼成本冲突等困境。本文通过梳理鉴定意见证明力特性及审查现状，分析鉴定意见证明力审查困境的原因，提出重视鉴定意见质证环节和加强司法鉴定标准化建设的对策，为鉴定意见的证明力审查提供新思路。
