• Abstract: Since the launch of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, not only has the economy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region developed rapidly, but it has also driven the rapid integration of Guangzhou and other surrounding areas. At the same time, the continuous trade and exchange of funds have provided opportunities and platforms for cross-border economic crimes. However, due to differences in historical backgrounds, legal systems and cultural customs among the three regions, the current police cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area still faces many difficulties and challenges: there are differences in the legal systems of the three regions, the police cooperation mechanism is not close enough, the exchange of intelligence information is not sound enough, and there is a lack of a unified criminal information sharing platform. In the face of these difficulties, it is necessary to coordinate the three methods domain system, promote legislative cooperation, improve police cooperation models, establish mature cooperation mechanisms, build regional crime intelligence sharing mechanisms, improve cross-border economic crime police cooperation models in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, explore new police cooperation models, thereby improving investigation efficiency, jointly combating cross-border economic crime, and effectively safeguarding the overall development of the Greater Bay Area. 自粤港澳大湾区建设启动以来，不仅粤港澳地区经济得到了迅速发展，还带动了广州等周边地区的快速融合。与此同时，不断的资金贸易往来也为跨境经济犯罪提供了机会和平台。然而，由于三地的历史背景、法律制度和文化习俗的不同，当前粤港澳大湾区警务合作还面临着许多困境和挑战：三地法律制度存在差异、警务合作机制不够健全、情报信息交流不够密切，缺乏统一的犯罪信息共享平台。面对这些种种困难，需要协调三方法域制度，促进立法合作，完善警务合作模式，建立成熟的合作机制，构建区域犯罪情报共享机制，完善粤港澳大湾区跨境经济犯罪警务合作模式，探析新型警务合作模式，从而提高侦破效率，共同打击跨境经济犯罪行为，有效促进大湾区的整体发展。
