• Abstract: Cash transactions make it difficult to form evidence of capital chains, traditional investigative methods that rely on capital flow to determine network structures have been constrained. To address this issue, this study constructs an analytical framework based on communication call records and applies social network analysis methods to conduct structured modeling and relationship extraction on desensitized call record data provided by public security authorities of a certain city. Multi-dimensional cross-validation is carried out using indicators such as call duration and call frequency. The analysis results show that communication call record data can functionally substitute for capital chains in identifying network relationships. In the empirical model, different data sources consistently point to a small number of high-centrality phone numbers. This method improves the accuracy of criminal network reconstruction and verifies the feasibility of “substituting communication information for capital information” in case analysis. 现金交易致使资金链条难以形成证据，传统依靠资金流向判定犯罪网络结构的侦查方式受到了限制。针对这一问题，本研究构建了基于通讯话单的分析框架，运用社会网络分析方法，对某市公安机关提供的脱敏话单数据展开结构化建模及关系抽取工作，并结合通话时长、通话次数形成多维交叉验证。分析结果显示，通讯话单数据在识别网络关系方面可对资金链起到替代作用；在实证模型中，不同数据源都指向了少数高中心度号码。该方法提高了犯罪网络重构的精度，验证了“以通讯信息替代资金信息”进行案件研判的可行性。
