网络食品安全犯罪的侦查情势分析

• Abstract: Food is the fundamental material guarantee for people’s livelihood, and food safety is a common pursuit of the public. With the continuous development of the internet, cracking down on cyber food safety crimes have become an urgent task. Current investigation practices against such crimes are confronted with prominent problems, including outdated investigative methods, difficulties in discovering criminal clues and obtaining evidence. Given the limited investigative resources that cannot be improved in the short term, conducting scientific analysis on the investigation situation to address the dilemmas in investigating cyber food safety crimes serves as the optimal solution. 食品是国民最基本的物质生活基础，食品安全是公众的共同追求。随着互联网的不断发展，对网络食品安全犯罪的打击刻不容缓。目前，网络食品安全犯罪侦查实践中，存在侦查手段较为落后、犯罪线索发现较为困难、证据获取困难等问题。因此，通过科学的侦查情势分析，破解网络食品安全犯罪侦查困境，是应对侦查资源有限且短时间内无法改善的优化路径。
