新媒体时代网络治理中的囚徒困境

• 摘要： 新媒体时代，网络治理中存在普遍的囚徒困境与博弈现象。具体看，在互联网内部管理、互联网价值管理中存在囚徒困境现象；在互联网管理部门、互联网产业管理、互联网业务管理中存在普遍的博弈行为。在新媒体时代，针对现有网络治理缺陷，需要加强法制建设与政府引导，积极实施媒介融合，建立现代企业制度并加强社会第三方团体监督，才能实现网络高效管理与健康发展。
• In the era of converged media, the wisdom pig game and the prisoner’s dilemma are more common in network management. Specifically, there are common wisdom pig game behaviors in Internet management departments, Internet industry management, and Internet business management; there is a prisoner’s dilemma in Internet internal management and Internet value management. In the era of media integration, in view of the shortcomings of the existing network management, it is necessary to strengthen legal construction and government guidance, actively implement media integration, establish a modern enterprise system, and strengthen social third-party group supervision in order to achieve efficient network management and balanced, healthy development.
