基于 LDA 主题模型的蛋壳公寓报道 框架建构 ——以“界面新闻”相关报道为例

• 摘要： 近来长租公寓问题频出，其中长租龙头公司之一蛋壳公寓因资金链紧张、无法支付房东租金等问题上市 445 天后退市，媒体对这一系列金融事件的相关新闻进行了持续性跟进和报道。本文以蛋壳公寓上市后到退市 2020 年 1 月 17 日至 2020 年 4 月 30 日为研究节点，选取界面新闻刊发的 144 篇相关报道为研究对象，分别从报道主题、新闻来源、报道体裁、情感倾向等类目尝试对其报道框架进行高、中、低三层建构和分析。在对报道主题、感情倾向等进行聚类分析时运用算法对样本进行自然语言处理，减小了编码人单一对信度造成的影响，框架分析中兼有和《经济日报》同时段报道的对比分析和浏览量的交叉分析以及个案研究。研究发现，界面新闻蛋壳公寓报道框架呈现四大特征：报道主题多元化，紧扣热点；新闻来源广泛，内容生产以自媒体及原创为主；消息为主，兼具深度分析；情感架构以中性及负面为主,用词契合主题，具有多样性且侧重于客观数据呈现。
• Recently, there have been frequent problems of long-term rental apartments. One of the leasing platforms, DanKe Apartment, was taken off the market 445 days after it was listed due to problems such as insufficient funds and inability to pay rent to its landlord. The media have continued to follow up and report the related news of this series of financial events. This paper takes January 17, 2020 to April 30, 2020 as the research period, selects 144 related reports published by JieMian News as the research objects, and attempts to construct and analyze the reporting framework from the macro, meso and micro levels in six categories, namely, report topic, news source, emotional tendency and so on. In the cluster analysis of report topics, emotional tendencies, authors conduct natural language processing on the samples to reduce the negative impact of single coder on reliability. The framework analysis also includes the comparative analysis with Economic Daily, the cross-analysis of page views and the cases study. It is found that the reporting framework of JieMian News presents four characteristics: (1) The coverage is usually diversified and closely related to hot topics. (2) News sources are extensive, and content production is mainly professional or original. (3) The report types are mainly news and in-depth analysis. (4) The emotions are mainly neutral and negative. The words used in reports are consistent with the theme, and emphasize the objective presentation of data.
