传播的倚重：新冠肺炎疫情初期信息 流动的时空偏向

• 摘要： 自 2019 年 12 月以来，我国陆续出现“新型冠状病毒肺炎”（COVID-19）感染引起的以肺部病变为主的新型传染病。新型冠状病毒肺炎的暴发恰逢 2020 年春节之际，伴随其迅速蔓延开来所引发的民众恐慌情绪，各类新闻报道铺天盖地而来。然而信息并不全权等同于传播，信息流动中特有的传播偏向性使其并没有完整的建立起与受众之间的沟通桥梁。本文以疫情暴发之初（截至 2020 年 3 前）有关新型冠状病毒肺炎的信息流动作为研究范本，梳理了疫情发展初期中相关信息内容发布的时间节点，借助埃德雷蒙·卡彭特的“媒介偏重”学说与哈罗德·伊尼斯所提出的“媒介偏向”概念，深度剖析此次疫情中信息传递的时间偏向与空间偏向。同时，对于我国新闻媒体对于重大疫情的舆情治理的反思与应对研究亦成为本研究所关注的题中所应有之义。
• Since December 2019, Novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) has been one of the most common infectious diseases in China. The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia coincides with the 2020 Spring Festival. With all the panic aroused by the rapid spread of the epidemic, all kinds of news coverage are coming. However, information is not fully equal to communication. The unique bias of information communication makes it not completely establish a communication bridge with the audience. In this paper, novel coronavirus pneumonia information before February 12, 2020 is used as a research model. The time sequence of information dissemination since the outbreak of the epidemic has been combed. With the Edymon Carpenter’s and Harold Innis’s theory concept of “Media Bias”, the time bias and spatial bias of information transmission in this epidemic situation are deeply analyzed. At the same time, the research on the reflection and response of the news media to the public opinion management of the major epidemic has also become the focus of this study.
