• 摘要： 随着网络技术及移动终端的飞速发展，人们进入了以数字信息技术为基础的新媒体时代。网络空间的结构逻辑主要依靠个体节点复制、扩展现实中的社会结构和社会关系，在政治、经济、文化等各个层面都显示出了与现实社会交融与重叠的现象。网络空间对现实空间的影响力愈加增强，社会属性也日益明晰。即技术赋权在充分释放个体节点活力、推动社会进步之时，网络空间的风险也会直接影响自身和现实社会的发展态势，风险治理也就愈加成为一个亟待解决的课题。
• With the rapid development of network technology and mobile terminals, people have already involved into a new media era on the basis of digital technology.Structure logic for cyber space is mainly constructed by individual nodes which are copied and extended from reality of the social structure and social relations. At every level from politics to economy to culture, cyberspace has showed phenomenons that blend and overlap realistic society. With a profound impact that cyberspace has on real space, its social attribute is increasingly clear: Technology has provided a great boost to fully releasing the individual node’s energy and promoting social progress, but risks in cyberspace also will directly affect the development trends of cyberspace itself and the real society.We cannot overstate the importance of solving the urgent issue about risk management.
