• Abstract: At present, the exponential growth of modern technology represented by computer technology has affected and changed contemporary life, making life convenient and efficient, but also bringing a series of issues including data privacy and algorithm ethics. In 2020, a news report entitled “Takeaway riders trapped in the system” brought the human-technical relationship back to the social focus. The development of new media technology has emerged from the outside to the inside of the person, reflecting the basic characteristics of the cyber era. This article attempts to use the relationship between human and technology in the cyber era to explore the problems of technological inequality, algorithmic bias, and false freedom brought about by modern technology under the ownership of oligopoly and monopoly companies. Furthermore, in “technological determinism” and “technological determinism” Under the influence of “argument”, we should embrace technology with reservations. 当下，以计算机技术为代表的指数级增长的现代技术影响并改变了当代生活，使生活变得便捷高效的同时也带来了包括数据隐私、算法伦理在内的系列问题。2020 年，一篇题为“外卖骑手困在系统里”的新闻报道，使人技关系重回社会焦点。新媒介技术的发展已出现从人外到人内具身的趋势，体现了赛博时代的基本特征。本文试图以赛博时代人技关系为切口，探讨在寡头与垄断公司拥有下现代技术带来的技术不平等、算法偏见以及虚假自由的问题，进一步说，在“技术决定论”与“技术中立论”影响的时代下，我们应有所保留的拥抱技术。
