俄乌舆论战中俄方媒体议程设置解析——以俄罗斯卫星通讯社“美国生物实验室”报道为例

• 摘要： 2022年俄乌冲突爆发以来，舆论战期间媒体的议程设置起到表明立场、舆情引导、澄清反击等多重重要作用。本研究基于议程设置理论，以俄罗斯卫星通讯社2022年3月至5月关于“美国生物实验室”相关报道为例，从相关报道的数量、主题、消息来源、文章政治立场等方面展开具体分析，探究俄方媒体舆论战期间对于重要议题的报道方式。研究得出：通讯社根据俄方立场设置议题，大量报道构建议程；主动设置与机动调整相结合，澄清与反击并行；前后贯通，连续报道打造议程矩阵；兼收多方视角，正侧结合强化议程效果。
• Since the outbreak of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine in 2022, the agenda setting of the media during the public opinion war has played an important role, such as indicating positions, guiding public opinion, clarifying and counterattack. This study is based on the agenda setting theory, with the Russian satellite news agency from March to May 2022 about “American biological laboratory” related reports, for example, from the number of related reports, topics, sources, articles politics specific analysis, explore the Russian media war for important issues. According to the research, the news agency set issues according to the Russian position, and constructed the agenda, combined active setting and mobile adjustment, parallel clarification and counterattack, connected, continuously built the agenda matrix, and strengthened the agenda effect with multiple perspectives.
