• 摘要： 在湖南新政运动中，湖南士绅创办了《湘学新报》《湘报》等报刊，从自然地理、政治地理和文化地理等三个层面解构了“天下中心”的传统世界观，展示了面向世界的崭新图景。近代世界观推动了湖南地域意识的觉醒和近代湖南知识分子的崛起，重塑了近代中国的文化权力秩序，为湖南知识分子参与政治、走上世界开辟了道路，形成了“敢为天下先”的湖湘文化。
• In the Hunan New Policy Movement, Hunan gentry founded newspapers such as theXiangxue New Newspaper and Xiang Daily, deconstructing the traditional worldview of "the centerof the world" from three aspects: natural geography, political geography, and cultural geography, andshowcasing a new picture facing the world. The modern worldview has promoted the awakening ofregional consciousness in Hunan and the rise of modern Hunan intellectuals, reshaped the culturalpower order in modern China, opened up a path for Hunan intellectuals to participate in politics andgo global, and formed the Hunan culture of daring to be the first in the world.
