Abstract:
In the outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019, mainstream media, as an importantcommunication node and watchtower in the society, faced with a mixed public opinion field withthe participation of multiple communication subjects, highlighted their diversified responsibilitiesand roles, and played an important role as a social stabilizer. However, there are still shortcomings inpublicity methods, public opinion guidance, and public opinion handling. By sorting out the publicopinion guidance made by mainstream media in epidemic prevention and control, based on differentdifficulties faced by epidemic prevention and control, this paper explains the stage course, propagandacontent, strategies and methods, communication characteristics and discourse power behind publichealth emergencies of China's mainstream media.
2019年末暴发的新冠肺炎疫情中主流媒体作为社会重要的传播节点和瞭望塔,面对多传播主体参与的混杂舆论场域,凸显出了自身承担的多元责任与角色,发挥了社会稳定器的重要功能,但在宣传方式、舆论引导、舆情处置等方面还存在不足之处。通过将主流媒体在疫情防控中所做的舆论引导进行梳理,基于疫情防控所面临的不同困难,对我国主流媒体进行舆论宣传的阶段历程、宣传内容、策略方法、传播特征以及突发公共卫生事件背后的话语权力等进行阐释。
