- Abstract: Since entering the new century, with huge energy consumption, China’s macro economy has entered a new round of high growth cycle. At the same time, China has made remarkable achievements in energy development. But with the massive consumption of energy, the pressure of resources and environment is increasing day by day. Actively use both domestic and foreign markets, two kinds of resources, give full play to the vast advantage of China’s carbon emission trading market, to truly achieve the sustainable development of China’s energy. 进入新世纪以来，伴随着巨大能源消耗，中国宏观经济开始进入了新一轮的高增长周期。同时，中国能源发展也获得了显著的成就。但随着能源的大量消耗，资源和环境压力日渐增大。积极利用国内国外两个市场，两种资源，充分发挥我国的碳排放交易市场广大的优势，来真正实现我国能源的可持续发展。
