Abstract:
The Da’anzhai Formation in the Sichuan Basin, as a typical continental shale sequence, exhibits favorable reservoir conditions with abundant shale oil and gas resources and significant potential, making it an important target for continental shale exploration and development in China. This study focuses on the continental shale of the Da’anzhai Formation in the central Sichuan Basin. Based on experimental methods such as X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, low-temperature CO₂ and N₂ adsorption-desorption, and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance, a comparative study on the pore structure characteristics of different lithofacies was carried out. The main findings are as follows: (1) The Da’anzhai Formation can be classified into three major categories and six subcategories of lithofacies: silty clay-rich lithofacies, clay-silt mixed lithofacies, silt-shell limestone lithofacies, shell limestone-clay mixed lithofacies, clayey bioclastic limestone lithofacies, and bioclastic limestone lithofacies. (2) The primary storage spaces in the shale are dominated by intergranular pores between clay minerals, with a small number of organic pores and micro-fractures. The pore shapes are mainly sheet-like and slit-like. (3) Multi-method characterization indicates that the silty clay-rich lithofacies and clay-silt mixed lithofacies exhibit the most developed pore systems, while the bioclastic limestone lithofacies show the least development. This research systematically investigates the pore structure characteristics of the Da’anzhai Formation shale in the central Sichuan Basin using various methods and techniques, providing valuable insights for shale oil and gas exploration and development.
四川盆地大安寨段作为典型的陆相页岩层系具备良好的储层条件,同时页岩油气资源储量丰富,资源潜力巨大,是我国陆相页岩油气勘探开发的重要目标层段。本文以川中地区大安寨段陆相页岩为研究对象,基于X-射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜、CO2和N2低温吸脱附、低场核磁共振等实验方法,对比性研究了不同岩相的孔隙结构特征差异,取得了以下认识:(1)大安寨段可划分为三大类六小类的岩相类型:含粉砂粘土质岩相、粘土质-粉砂质岩相、粉砂质-介壳灰质岩相、介壳灰质-粘土质岩相、粘土质生物(屑)灰岩岩相以及生物(屑)灰岩岩相。(2)页岩储集空间主要以粘土矿物粒间孔为主,发育少量有机孔及微裂缝,储集空间形态主要呈片状、狭缝状特征。(3)多方法联合表征显示,大安寨段含粉砂粘土质岩相与粘土质-粉砂质岩相的孔隙最为发育,生物(屑)灰岩孔隙发育程度最低。此次研究运用多种方法和技术手段,系统研究了川中地区大安寨段页岩孔隙结构特征,可为页岩油气勘探开发提供参考。
