  • Abstract: In this study, carbon quantum dots (CDs) rich in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing functional groups were prepared using a microwave method from widely available and low-cost scallions, and a fluorescence sensor for the selective detection of Mn(VII) was constructed. The optical p roperties of the CDs were systematically characterized. The results showed that the CDs exhibited an optimal excitation wavelength of 370 nm and an emission wavelength of 455 nm, along with good stability. The CDs demonstrated excellent selective recognition ability toward Mn(VII). Under the optimal conditions of pH 2 and a response time of 2 h, the fluorescence enhancement response of the Mn(VII)-CDs system showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of Mn(VII). The linear equation was y = 0.00659x + 0.03147 (R2 = 0.99662), and the detection limit was 0.33 μmol/L. Mechanistic studies revealed that Mn(VII) was reduced to Mn(II) by the CDs, and the resulting Mn(II) selectively passivated the fluorescence quenching sites on the surface of the CDs, leading to fluorescence enhancement. The CDs fluorescence probe exhibits good application potential for the detection of Mn(VII). 本研究以来源广泛、价格低廉的大葱为原料,采用微波法制备了富含氮氧官能团的碳量子点(CDs),并构建了用于选择性检测Mn(VII)的荧光传感器。通过对CDs的光学性质进行了系统表征。结果表明,CDs的最佳激发波长为370nm,发射波长为455nm,且表现出良好的稳定性。该CDs对Mn(VII)具有优异的选择性识别能力,在pH=2、响应时间为2h的条件下,Mn(VII)-CDs体系的荧光增强响应与Mn(VII)浓度呈良好线性关系,线性方程为y=0.00659x+0.03147(R2=0.99662),检出限为0.33μmol/L。机理研究表明,Mn(VII)被CDs还原为Mn(II),后者选择性钝化CDs表面的荧光猝灭位点,从而导致荧光增强。该CDs荧光探针在Mn(VII)检测中展现出良好的应用潜力。
