  • Abstract: In response to the updated requirements of national confidentiality laws and the emerging challenges in the current security environment, this paper focuses on the confidentiality management work in the water conservancy industry. It analyzes the existing problems in current confidentiality training, such as outdated content and single training methods. By integrating the latest policy requirements, typical case studies, and practical risk prevention knowledge, a systematic and standardized confidentiality training system is constructed. This system emphasizes hierarchical teaching and combat-oriented training, aiming to improve the comprehensive quality and risk prevention capabilities of confidential personnel. The practice shows that the training system effectively enhances the awareness and skills of relevant staff, providing a solid theoretical basis and operational path for strengthening confidentiality management in institutions. 随着国际社会对于环境保护的逐渐重视,水利工程的建设也成为了现代社会所关注的重点,工程建设不仅能够有效进行水资源的合理利用,在面临洪涝等自然灾害时具备预防作用,更是对生态环境保护产生着直接的影响。进入新时代之后,新型科技的广泛应用也推动了水利工程建设的展开,在设计、建设、运行的过程中,有关参数的监测十分关键,过去的环境监测数据不够全面,无法准确地掌握周围的环境变化情况。当下可以借助新型的技术,收集多维度的数据信息,综合评估周围的环境情况,及时采取应对措施,在数据采集的过程中,通过物联网、云计算等先进技术构建分布式数据采集系统,能够实现自动化数据采集、传输、处理等功能,辅助工作人员进行各项工作的处理,极大程度上提高了水利工程管理工作的效率和质量,也保障了监测的灵活性,能够为后续的策略制定提供数据支持。
