• 摘要： 中小企业已经逐步成为促进我国国民经济发展的生力军，在产品技术创新、产业结构调整、区域经济发展、解决就业和农村劳动力转移、提高国民生活水平等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。但是，融资难却是现阶段制约中小企业发展的主要瓶颈。本文首先分析了中小企业融资难的制度原因，继而提出解决中小企业 融资难的具有可操作性的途径—引导非正规金融的发展，最后介绍了发展非正规金融的方法。
• Small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually become a new force to promote the development of China’s national economy, in product technology innovation, industrial structure adjustment, regional economic development, solve the employment and rural labor transfer, improve the national living standards and other aspects play an increasingly important role. However, financing difficulty is the main bottleneck restricting the development of smes at present stage. This paper first analyzes the institutional reasons for the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then puts forward an operable way to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises guiding the development of informal finance, and finally introduces the methods of developing informal finance.
