• 摘要： 教研室是高职院校的基层组织，是学校专业支撑的基础。 高职金融管 理与实务教研室应以专业建设、课程建设、日常教研管理等教研室工作的开展 为切入点，在调动教师积极性、建设特色专业、增强教师实践素质、建设开放 式课程体系、建设专业教学团队等方面创新工作思路，发挥更大的作用。
• teaching and research section is the basic organization of Higher Vocational Colleges and the basis of professional support. Higher Vocational Financial Management and practice teaching and research office should take the development of professional construction, curriculum construction, daily teaching and research management and other teaching and research office work as the starting point, and play a greater role in mobilizing teachers' enthusiasm, building specialty with characteristics, enhancing teachers' practical quality, building open curriculum system, building professional teaching team and other aspects of innovative work ideas.
