导乐式陪伴分娩在临产中的临床疗效研究

• 摘要： 目的：观察导乐式陪伴分娩在临产中的临床疗效。方法：选择 2018 年 1 月 -2019 年 1 月我院妇产科住院 166 例孕产妇为研究对象，根据产妇的选择分 为观察组及对照组，观察组 78 例采用导乐助产方式，对照组 88 例不采用导乐 助产而采用自然分娩方式，观察并记录两组患者的自然分娩率、产钳助产率及 各个产程时间。结果：自然分娩率观察组明显高于对照组，P<0.05 为差异有统 计学意义。第一产程、第二产程时间的比较观察组明显短于对照组，P<0.05 为 差异有统计学意义，但第三产程两者比较无明显差异，P>0.05 为差异无统计学 意义。结论：导乐式陪伴分娩提供了人性化服务，缩短了产程、提高了自然分娩、 降低孕产妇和新生儿的病死率、提高了产科质量及产妇满意度，值得在临床上 推广。
• Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Doula delivery in labor. Methods: 166 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study object.
