• 摘要： 我国的学历教育在飞速发展，在没有完全打破传统格局和教育模式的情况下，学历教育也在积极向培养专业型劳动者，培养实用型人才方向靠拢和探索。这无疑给职业教育和培训带来了巨大的市场和教育商机。只有把最具先进性的劳动者素质培养，技能培训和科学技术知识引入职业教育中来，职业教育才具有生机和活力，才能跟上时代经济发展的步伐，才能具有较强的吸引力和感召力。职业教育必须紧紧依托于现代企业，善于在最具活力和发展动能的现代企业中去寻找教育的内容，教育的需求，这样才能与社会经济发展的潮流同步向前。
