互联网背景下中小型企业财务管理前沿问题探析

• 摘要： 随着新时代的到来, 我们已经进入了网络信息时代，加上经济时代市场竞争变得更加激烈，这使得中小型企业财务管理由过去传统的模式转化为智能化、网络化模式。这其中，财务人力资源、财务的内部机制与分配，以及网络对财务的监控是财务管理的四个最基本的前沿问题。而财务人力资源建设是四个前沿问题的重中之重。本文主要研究在互联网+背景下，中小型企业如何有效进行财务人力资源建设，来促进中小型企业适应新时代，新环境的发展。
• With the advent of the new era, we have entered the era of network information, coupled with the economic era, market competition has become more intense, which makes the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises from the past traditional mode into intelligent, network-based mode. Among them, financial human resources, financial internal mechanism and distribution, as well as network monitoring of financial management are the four most basic frontier issues. The construction of financial human resources is the top priority of the four frontier issues. This paper mainly studies how to effectively build financial and human resources in the context of Internet plus, so as to promote the development of new and new environment for small and medium enterprises.
