摘要：本文整合了连锁便利店和互联网服务的商业模式，提出新时代连锁经营便利的新零售模式的探索路径。首先阐述了我国便利店的发展现状，其次就连锁便利店新零售转型的必然性进行了说明，最后就连锁便利店新零售的发展给出了探索建议。
This paper integrates the business model of chain convenience store and Internet service, and puts forward the exploration path of the new retail model of chain operation convenience in the new era. This paper first expounds the development status of convenience stores in China, then explains the inevitability of the transformation of new retail of chain convenience stores, and finally gives some suggestions on the development of new retail of chain convenience stores.
