• Abstract: Taking “supply side structural reform” as the breakthrough point, the research on the reform and development of the national Single Sports Association in the new era is not only a positive response to the national strategy of “supply side reform”, but also a realistic demand for the national Single Sports Association to actively seek innovation and change and meet its own healthy and sustainable development and high-quality development. By using the methods of on-the-spot investigation and literature review, this paper analyzes the theoretical system construction of the supply side structural reform of national single sports associations in the new era, expounds the theoretical basis and practical logic of the supply side structural reform of national single sports associations in the new era, and combs the concept definition and essence of the supply side structural reform of national single sports associations in the new era This paper discusses the value orientation and reform goal of the supply side structural reform of the National Sports Association in the new era. The research conclusion has certain theoretical value and practical significance for the theoretical construction and implementation of the supply side structural reform of China’s National Sports Association in the new era. 以“供给侧结构性改革”为切入点，对新时代全国性单项体育协会改革与发展进行研究，既是对“供给侧改革”国家战略的积极响应，也是我国全国性单项体育协会主动求新求变和满足自身健康可持续发展和高质量发展的现实需求。采用实地考察、文献资料等研究方法对新时代我国全国性单项体育协会供给侧结构性改革的理论体系构建进行分析，阐述了其理论基础和现实逻辑，梳理了其概念界定及本质内涵，探讨了其价值导向及改革目标。研究结论对新时代我国全国性单项体育协会供给侧结构性改革的理论构建及贯彻落实具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。
