土家族“撒叶儿嗬”的 体育发展基础与策略

• 摘要： 土家族传统祭祀舞蹈“撒叶儿嗬”经艺术转型后曾风靡一时，但近 10 来逐显清冷。面对艺术转型的成功与困惑，本研究运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法等方法，对“撒叶儿嗬”的体育发展进行了研究。研究从发生学意义、艺术转型发展、蕴含的体育文化表现以及体育价值等方面阐释了其体育发展基础，通过体育与艺术的比较，阐述了体育发展优势，提出了策略。研究认为，在发展理念上要契合休闲健身文化需求；发展目标上要突出身体培养过程；发展措施上要从“体”到“魂”进行赓续与创新。具体如下：一是内容选编上降低艺术表达难度，让运动充满内在情感；二是项目选择上突破单一的项目创编，构成多元选择下的文化坚守；三是推广层面上扩大运动的参与人群，筑牢社会体育与学校体育两大阵营。
• After artistic transformation, the tujia traditional sacrificial dance “Sayeerho” has been popular for a while, but in recent 10 years, it has become increasingly cool. In the face of the success and confusion of artistic transformation, this study used the methods of literature review, interview, field study and so on to study the sports development of “Saeerho”. This paper expounds the basis of its sports development from the aspects of genetic significance, artistic transformation and development, sports cultural expression and sports value, and through the comparison between sports and art, expounds the advantages of sports development, and puts forward some strategies. According to the research, the development concept should meet the needs of leisure and fitness culture. Development goals should highlight the body training process; Development measures from “body” to “soul” for ceaseless and innovative. The specific aspects are as follows: first, content selection reduces the difficulty of artistic expression, so that sports are full of internal emotions; Second, the project selection breaks through the single project creation and editing, constituting the cultural adherence under the multiple choice; Third, on the level of promotion to expand the participation of sports, build a solid social sports and school sports two camps.
