Abstract:
Under the background of the global epidemic situation, this paper studies the way of physical exercise at home for college students. Through the analysis of the main resistance, it is found that there are insufficient exercise time, low exercise frequency, limited field equipment and incorrect exercise methods. (1) Improve the proportion
of functional training in home exercise; (2) Innovate a new way of home exercise combining work and physical exertion; (3) Set up the goal of cultivating a healthy personality through home exercise.
在全球疫情的大背景下,对大学生居家体育锻炼的方式进行研究,通过对主要阻力的分析发现,存在锻炼时长不足、锻炼频率低、场地器材受限、以及锻炼方式不正确的情况,针对以上情况提出创新设计大学生居家体育锻炼的方式,(1)提升功能性训练在居家锻炼中的占比;(2)创新劳体结合的居家锻炼新方式;(3)设立通过居家锻炼塑造健全人格的育人目标。
