后疫情时期家庭体育发展策略研究

• 摘要： 采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法研究家庭体育发展的限制性因素，旨在为家庭体育发展提供可行性建议。研究认为：当前家庭体育环境十分缺失；“家庭”“社区”“学校”三者协同治理能力不足；家庭体育开展模式单一都在一定程度上阻碍了家庭体育的发展。因此，家庭体育的开展应采取如下措施；灵活运用体育锻炼设备；加强“互联网＋”背景下家庭体育资源开发；丰富家庭体育开展模式，营造家庭体育环境；加强家庭体育宣传教育，推进社区、学校、家庭体育联合发展。
• Using the method of literature and logical analysis to study the restrictive factors of family sports development, the author aims to provide feasible suggestions for the development of family sports. According to the research, the current family sports environment is very lacking, the "family" "community" "school" is insufficient, and the family sports development mode is a single one to hinder the development of family sports to a certain extent. Therefore, the development of family sports should take the following measures, flexible use of physical training equipment, strengthen the development of family sports resources under the background of "Internet Plus", enrich the family sports development model, create a family sports environment, strengthen family sports publicity and education, and promote the joint development of community, school and family sports.
