Abstract:
Using the self-effectiveness scale and decision satisfaction scale, 434 referees participated as the
investigation objects to investigate the relationship between self-effectiveness and decision-making satisfaction. The
results showed that the basketball referees have a higher level of self-efficiency satisfaction than women; the national
referees are the most satisfied, 10 years and more, the self-efficiency is decision making, communication ability,
pressure and knowledge.
采用裁判员的自我效能感量表和决策满意度量表,以 434 名参与执裁篮球赛事的裁判员作为被试,考察篮球裁判员的自我效能感与决策满意度的关系。结果表明:篮球裁判员群体男性较女性呈现更高水平的决策满意度和自我效能感;国家级裁判员的对自己的判罚决策最为满意,执裁年限 10年及以上的裁判员具有更高的自我效能感;自我效能感与决策满意度存在显著正相关,自我效能感各维度相关程度自高而低依次为判罚决策、沟通能力、应对压力、知识。
