• 摘要： 运用文献资料法、SWOT 分析法对“双减”政策下开展学校体育的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行综合性分析，研究结果表明：学校体育发展拥有足够的重视、一定的资金投入以及青少年培训市场的保障，但同时也存在体育素质教育观念缺乏、体育课程模式机械化、体育相关基础设施配备不足、“鱼龙混杂”体育培训市场以及“家校社” 协同治理能力缺乏的劣势，虽然有体育中考陆续改革、新冠疫情的大力推动的机遇，但也存在体育课程质量不足、课程一体化进程实施难度较大、校内体育课程与校外体育培训联合模式未形成的威胁，本研究据上述因素提出一些改进策略，以促进学校体育稳步健康发展。
• Using the literature method and SWOT analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of school sports under the “double reduction” policy, the research results show that the development of school sports has sufficient attention, certain capital investment and guarantee of the youth training market, but at the same time, there are also the disadvantages of lack of sports quality education concept, mechanization of physical education curriculum mode, insufficient allocation of sports-related infrastructure, “mixed” sports training market and lack of collaborative governance ability of “home-school society”. Although there are opportunities for the successive reform of the physical education examination and the vigorous promotion of the new crown epidemic, there are also threats such as insufficient quality of physical education courses, difficult implementation of curriculum integration processes, and the lack of joint models of intramural physical education courses and off-campus physical education training.
