多案例视角下我国商业健身俱乐部发展的主要特点及提升路径

• 摘要： 商业健身俱乐部是我国体育健身休闲产业中的重要主体，是推动健身休闲产业不断发展、动员社会人才参与体育事业的重要力量。本文基于多案例的研究视角，运用文献资料、实地考察等方法对我国优秀经营的商业健身俱乐部进行分析，从用户群体、产品服务、营销宣传、人员素养等方面阐述我国商业健身俱乐部总体情况，梳理出发展特点并提出相应提升路径。研究发现，我国商业健身俱乐部发展呈现场馆建设合理化和智能化、商业模式多样化和高端化、运营管理的创新性和融合化、服务体系的便捷化和个性化的总体趋势。提出配置合理的场馆设施、构建完备的产品体系、实现专业的运营管理、设置便捷的服务系统是我国商业健身俱乐部的提升路径。
• The commercial fitness club is an important subject in China’s sports fitness and leisure industry. It is an important force to promote the continuous development of the fitness and leisure industry and mobilize social talents to participate in sports. Based on the research perspective of multiple cases, this paper analyzes China’s excellent commercial fitness clubs by using the methods of literature and field investigation, expounds the overall situation of China’s commercial fitness clubs from the aspects of user groups, product services, marketing publicity, personnel literacy, sorts out the development trend and puts forward the corresponding improvement path. It is found that the development of commercial fitness clubs in China shows the general trend of rationalization and intelligence of onsite gymnasium construction, diversification and high-end business models, innovation and integration of operation and management, convenience and personalization of service system. It is proposed that the promotion path of commercial fitness clubs in China is to allocate reasonable venue facilities, build a complete product system, realize professional operation management and set up a convenient service system.
