射击比赛步枪项目制胜因素的探究

• 摘要： 研究目的：射击项目是一项对运动员自身要求极高的项目，需要运动员在尽量少犯错的情况下，程序化的完成操作。因此，本文基于前人研究，探究射击步枪项目的致胜因素。研究方法：运动文献资料法，搜集相关文献，基于心理，运动技术，生理三个维度指标进行总结归纳。研究结论：应该多层次的关注射击项目的影响因素；其中心理因素始终起着决定性的作用；针对于精英运动员的个案分析也是未来的一个研究方向。
• Research purpose: shooting is a project with high requirements for athletes themselves, which requires athletes to complete the operation programmatically with as few mistakes as possible. Therefore, based on previous studies, this paper explores the winning factors of shooting rifle projects. Research methods: sports literature method, collection of relevant literature, based on psychological, sports technology, physiological three-dimensional indicators were summarized. Research conclusion: multi-level attention should be paid to the influencing factors of shooting events, in which psychological factors always play a decisive role; case analysis for elite athletes is also a future research direction.
