我国武医融合研究的发展历程、主要特征与发展趋向

• 摘要： “武医融合”是实现“体医融合”的重要方式，是发扬我国优秀传统文化、提升国民健康的有效手段。本文运用文献资料法，逻辑分析法等方法梳理和述评我国武医融合研究的发展历程，总结武医融合研究的主要特征，研究认为我国关于“武医融合”的研究大致可分为四个阶段：孕育萌芽期（1949年之前）；初步探索期（1949—1978年）；逐步发展期（1979—2015年）；发展壮大期（2016年—至今）。纵观武医融合研究历程，发现其呈现出“实践—理论—实践”的螺旋式上升、由现象描述到本质剖析的层层递进、研究视角由窄到宽的特点。基于此，提出未来武医融合研究的发展趋向：一是丰富研究主体、拓展研究范畴；二是加强武医融合的应用研究；三是创新研究方法与手段；四是开展跨学科、系统性的研究。
• “Martial medicine integration” is an important way to realize “physical medicine integration”, it is an effective means to carry forward our excellent traditional culture and promote national health. This paper uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to sort out and review the development process of the integration of martial arts and medicine in China, and summarizes the main characteristics of the research on the integration of martial arts and medicine in China. It is concluded that the research on the integration of martial arts and medicine in China can be roughly divided into four stages: the embryonic stage (before 1949); Initial exploration period (1949-1978); Gradual development period (1979-2015); Development and expansion period (2016 - present). Throughout the research process of martial medicine integration, it is found that it presents the characteristics of “practice-theorypractice” spiraling upward, from phenomenon description to essence analysis, and research perspective from narrow to wide. Based on this, the paper puts forward the development trend of the research on the integration of martial arts and medicine in the future: first, enrich the research subject and expand the research scope; The second is to strengthen the application research of the integration of military medicine; Third, innovative research methods and means; The fourth is to carry out interdisciplinary and systematic research.
