Abstract:
The training of young soccer reserves is related to the vigorous development of China’s soccer career, is a key link in the revitalization of the “three big balls”, and is an important support for the construction of a strong sports country. Using literature method, interview method and logical analysis method, from the cultivation concept, cultivation path, competition system, selection system, coaching team construction and other aspects of the Japanese soccer reserve talents training system research, summarize its successful experience for the cultivation of China’s soccer reserves to provide a reference. Through the study of Japanese soccer reserve talent model shows: Its “player first” training concept, perfect and diversified training path, sound and complete competition system, scientific and reasonable selection system, strong coaching team is the main reason to ensure the success of Japanese soccer reserve talent training. Experiences and inspirations: Establish a scientific and unified training concept of Chinese soccer youth training; improve the diversified training path of Chinese soccer talents; create a scientific selection system of soccer talents; strengthen the standardization and professionalism of coach training.
青少年足球后备人才培养关乎我国足球事业的蓬勃发展,是“三大球”振兴的关键环节,更是体育强国建设的重要支撑。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法,从培养理念、培养路径、选拔体系、教练员队伍建设等方面对日本足球后备人才培养体系进行研究,总结其成功的经验,为我国足球后备人才的培养提供可鉴之处。通过对日本足球后备人才模式的研究表明:其“球员第一”的培养理念、完善多元的培养路径、科学合理的选拔体系、实力雄厚的教练员队伍是确保日本足球后备人才培养成功的主要原因。经验与启示:确立科学统一的青训培养理念;优化多元化的足球人才培养路径;打造科学化的足球人才选拔体系;加强教练员培训的规范性与专业性。
