• Abstract: This article focuses on the theme of empowering rural revitalization through “Village Competitions” and explores the value, challenges, and solutions of rural sports events in promoting rural revitalization. The research indicates that “Village Competitions” have significant value for rural revitalization in four aspects: economically, they promote rural economic development through industrial drive and brand building; culturally, they integrate traditional and modern cultures, fostering rural spirit; in governance, they optimize rural governance structures and enhance social cohesion; spatially, they integrate rural resources and improve spatial utilization efficiency. However, “Village Competitions” face numerous challenges in the process of empowering rural revitalization, including inadequate policy support, resource shortages, limited governance capacity, and contradictions between cultural inheritance and innovation. To address these issues, this article proposes solutions such as strengthening policy support and institutional guarantees, optimizing resource allocation and infrastructure construction, enhancing rural governance capacity and social participation, and balancing cultural inheritance and innovation. The study concludes that by implementing these solutions, the comprehensive benefits of “Village Competitions” in rural revitalization can be effectively enhanced, promoting sustainable rural development and providing new ideas and methods for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. 本文以“村赛”赋能乡村振兴为主题，深入探讨乡村体育赛事在推动乡村振兴中的价值、困境与解决路径。研究指出，“村赛”在经济、文化、治理和空间四个方面对乡村振兴具有重要价值：经济上通过产业带动和品牌塑造促进乡村经济发展；文化上融合传统与现代文化，凝聚乡村精神；治理上优化乡村治理结构，增强社会凝聚力；空间上整合乡村资源，提升空间利用效率。然而，“村赛”在赋能乡村振兴过程中面临诸多困境，包括政策支持不足、资源短缺、治理能力有限以及文化传承与创新的矛盾。针对这些问题，本文提出了加强政策支持与制度保障、优化资源配置与基础设施建设、提升乡村治理能力与社会参与度、平衡文化传承与创新等纾解路径。研究认为，通过这些路径的实施，可以有效提升“村赛”在乡村振兴中的综合效益，推动乡村可持续发展，为乡村振兴战略的实施提供新的思路和方法。
