                                            As an effective means of promoting students’ mental health development, physical education has made its deep integration with mental health education an important direction for educational reform and development in the new era. From the perspective of the collaborative cultivation between physical education and mental health education in colleges and universities, this paper explores the value of their synergy and analyzes existing shortcomings in policies, resource allocation, teaching methods, and evaluation systems. In response to these practical issues, the study proposes a series of optimization paths, ranging from top-level design and resource allocation to teaching innovation and the construction of evaluation systems, in order to fully leverage the effectiveness of collaborative education.                                    
                                
                                            体育教学作为促进学生心理健康发展的有效手段,推动体育教学与心理健康教育的深度融合,已成为新时代教育改革发展的重要方向。本文从高校体育教学与心理健康教育协同共育的视角出发,探讨二者协同共育的价值意蕴,剖析在政策、资源配置、教学方法及评价体系方面存在的不足。针对这些现实问题,本研究提出从顶层设计、资源分配、教学创新到评价体系构建的一系列优化路径,以充分发挥协同育人的实效性。
