• Abstract: This study takes skateboarding as the research object, adopting a comprehensive approach including literature review, case analysis and comparative research methods to explore practical challenges in talent selection, venue provision, competition structure, and coaching support. It also proposes optimization pathways based on international experiences. The findings indicate that current talent selection channels for skateboarding in China are singular, with underdeveloped social participation mechanisms; professional skateboarding venues are unevenly distributed, and the coverage of public service systems is insufficient; the system has a low degree of structuring and framework lacks effective promotion and relegation linkage mechanisms; high-level coaching expertise, and the professional training system is not yet improved. In response, this paper puts forward constructing a diversified and collaborative selection and cultivation pathway, optimizing the supply structure of venue facilities, establishing a multi-tiered competition system and improving the professional development system for coaches. The research holds that the cultivation of reserve talents in skateboarding is not only a key link in the development of competitive sports but also an important entry point for promoting the modernization of sports governance systems. This study provides certain theoretical value and practical guidance for the construction of talent strategies and the optimal allocation of sports resources for emerging Olympic sports in China. 本文以滑板运动后备人才培养为研究对象，综合运用文献资料、案例分析与比较研究方法，探讨其在选拔方式、场地供给、赛事结构与教练支持等方面存在的现实困境，并结合国际经验提出优化路径。研究发现，当前我国滑板人才选拔渠道单一，社会参与机制尚不健全；专业滑板场地分布不均，公共服务体系覆盖不足；赛事体系结构化程度低，缺乏升降级联动机制；高水平教练人才稀缺，职业培训体系尚未完善。为此，文章提出构建多元协同的选拔与培养路径、优化场地设施供给结构、建立多层级赛事体系与健全教练员职业发展体系。研究认为，滑板运动后备人才培养不仅是竞技体育发展的关键环节，更是推动体育治理体系现代化的重要切口。本文对于我国新兴奥运项目人才战略构建及体育资源优化配置具有一定的理论价值与实践指导意义。
