• Abstract: The 15th National Games marks the first attempt of the joint hosting by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. As a key development region under the national strategy, the development of the sports industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the hosting of this National Games share a profound strategic alignment, which undoubtedly creates a rare opportunity for the coordinated development and institutional innovation of the sports industry in the region. By adopting research methods such as literature review, historical retrospection and logical comparison, this paper deeply analyzes the realistic conditions and strategic significance of the Greater Bay Area hosting the National Games, proposes a theoretical innovation path of “event empowerment – ‘sports + multi-coupling’ - regional leapfrog development of the sports industry”, and constructs four practical paths including infrastructure construction, event operation optimization, technology-tourism-culture linkage and strengthening of guarantee system. The research shows that the National Games will become the core driving force for the highquality development of the sports industry in the Bay Area, providing a regional-level practical model for the national strategy of building a sports power. 第十五届全运会迎来粤港澳三地联手承办的首次尝试。作为国家战略重点发展区域，粤港澳大湾区的体育产业发展与本届全运会的举办之间存在深层次战略契合点，这无疑为该区域体育产业协同发展及制度创新创造了难得机遇。本文运用文献资料整理、历史回溯和逻辑比较等研究方法，深入分析粤港澳大湾区承办全运会的现实条件与战略意义，提出“赛事赋能—‘体育＋多元耦合’—体育产业区域跃迁”的理论创新路径，并构建涵盖基础设施建设、赛事运营优化、科技文旅联动、保障体系强化的四大实践路径。研究表明，全运会将成为推动湾区体育产业高质量发展的核心动力，为国家体育强国战略提供区域层面的实践范例。
