Abstract:
This study focuses on the regional practice of after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools under the “Double Reduction” policy, taking Dinghai District of Zhoushan City as the empirical field. By comprehensively applying field investigation and questionnaire survey methods, it systematically explores the implementation status, core dilemmas, and optimization paths. The research finds that although the after-school sports services Dinghai District have been empowered by policies, they are still deeply trapped in the predicament of insufficient structural supply, mainly manifested in key bottlenecks such as a shortage of professional teachers, a lack of venues and facilities, and weak financial support. In response to this, this paper proposes optimization paths: by strengthening the teacher training and introduction mechanism and innovating the venue and facility sharing model, efforts should be made to break through the development constraints. The research results aim to provide direct decision-making references for the after-school sports services in Dinghai District, and at the same time offer theoretical and practical inspirations for other regions to solve common problems in the deepening stage of the “Double Reduction” policy.
本研究聚焦“双减”政策背景下中小学课后体育服务的区域实践,以舟山市定海区为实证场域,综合运用实地考察与问卷调查方法,系统探究其实施现状、核心困境与优化路径。研究发现,定海区课后体育服务虽获政策赋能,但仍深陷结构性供给不足的困境——主要表现为专业师资短缺、场地设施匮乏、经费保障薄弱等关键瓶颈。针对此,本文提出优化路径:通过强化师资培育与引进机制、创新场地设施共享模式,着力破解发展掣肘。研究成果旨在为定海区课后体育服务提供直接决策参考,同时为其他地区破解“双减”深化阶段的共性问题提供理论与实践启示。
