Abstract:
To examine the effects of structured basketball teaching on junior high school students’ social and emotional competence, this study selected 92 eighth-grade students from a middle school and adopted a pretest– posttest experimental design. The experimental group received a 10-week structured basketball teaching intervention, while the control group followed conventional basketball teaching. Social and emotional competence was measured using a standardized scale, and the data were analyzed with independent-samples t-test and paired-samples t-tests. The results showed no significant differences between the two groups before the intervention. After the intervention, the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and collective awareness (p<0.01), whereas no significant differences were observed in other-management and collective management. The findings indicate that structured basketball teaching can effectively promote the development of junior high school students’ social and emotional competence and provide a practical reference for integrating social and emotional learning into school physical education.
为探讨结构化篮球教学对初中生社会情感能力的影响,以某校八年级92名学生为研究对象,采用实验组与对照组前后测实验设计。对实验组实施为期10周的结构化篮球教学干预,对照组进行常规篮球教学,运用社会情感能力量表进行测量,通过独立样本T检验和配对样本T检验对进行统计分析。结果表明:实验前实验组与对照组在社会情感能力各维度上差异均不显著,具有良好的可比性;干预结束后,实验组在自我认知、自我管理、他人认知和集体认知等维度得分显著高于对照组(p<0.01);在他人管理和集体管理维度上,实验组得分虽高于对照组,但差异未达到显著水平。研究表明,结构化篮球教学通过合作性练习与小组比赛,在提升篮球技能的同时,有助于促进学生社会情感能力的发展。总体来看,结构化篮球教学在提升初中生社会情感能力方面具有积极作用,可为学校体育课堂中社会情感能力的培养提供实践参考。
