• Abstract: This paper systematically analyses the driving mechanisms, practical challenges and development pathways for the age-friendly transformation of smart sports service platforms under the impetus of digital and intelligent technologies. The research indicates that this transformation is synergistically driven by four key forces: policy guidance, market demand, technological innovation and socio-cultural factors. However, the implementation process still faces multidimensional challenges, including inadequate technological adaptability, a pronounced digital divide, prominent data security risks and immature business models. To address these issues, the study proposes development pathways including deepening the integration of technology with age-friendly design, establishing a multi-tiered precision service system, strengthening data governance and privacy protection mechanisms, and exploring diversified sustainable business models. It emphasises that the age-friendly transformation of smart sports services requires building a multi-stakeholder governance system involving government, enterprises, communities, and families. This approach aims to achieve the deep integration of technological inclusion and ageing health, providing practical references and policy insights for addressing population ageing. 本文系统分析了数智技术驱动下智慧体育服务平台适老化转型的动力机制、现实挑战与发展路径。研究指出，平台转型受政策引导、市场需求、技术创新与社会文化四重动力协同推动；实践过程中仍面临技术适配性不足、数字鸿沟显著、数据安全风险突出及商业模式不成熟等多维挑战。针对上述问题，提出推动技术与适老设计深度融合、构建多层次精准服务体系、健全数据治理与隐私保护机制、探索多元化可持续商业模式等发展路径。研究强调，智慧体育服务适老化转型需构建政府、企业、社区与家庭多元协同的治理体系，实现技术普惠与老龄健康深度融合，为应对人口老龄化提供实践参考与政策启示。
