  • Abstract: Objective: This study focuses on 6- to 7-year-old children and aims to explore the impact of integrated neuromuscular training (INT) on children’s fundamental badminton movement skills and coordination abilities by designing and implementing an introductory badminton teaching program that incorporates INT. Methods: Employed include literature review, experimentation, and mathematical statistics. Forty children aged 6-7 from the Wuhan Nengdong Tiger Badminton Club were selected as participants, divided into an experimental group and a control group, and subjected to an 8-week experimental intervention. The study aimed to investigate the effects and specific outcomes of integrated neuromuscular training on the fundamental movement skills and coordination of child in badminton practitioners aged 6-7. Results: The 8-week INT-integrated badminton instruction program significantly improved the fundamental movement skills (proper grip technique, accuracy of serves, high-ball hitting, and ball-handling ability) and coordination abilities (balance, rhythm, agility) of children aged 6-7. Integrated neuromuscular training effectively promoted the standardization of fundamental movement skills for children aged 6-7, and exert positive effects on their dynamic balance abilities, agility, coordination, and neuromuscular control. The findings provide practical evidence for the scientific training of children in the early stages of badminton. Concl u s ion: Introduce the concept of INT training, abandoning adult-oriented and competitive teaching tendencies. Rationalize the approach to children’s badminton instruction and strengthen the standardized guidance of the training market. 目的:以6~7岁儿童为研究对象,通过设计并实施融入整合性神经肌肉(INT)训练的羽毛球启蒙教学方案,探讨INT训练对儿童羽毛球基础动作技能和协调能力的影响并根据实验结果提出相应的建议。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,选取武汉市能动虎羽毛球俱乐部40名6~7岁儿童为实验对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,并进行为期8周的实验干预,深入探究整合性神经肌肉训练对6~7岁儿童羽毛球练习者基础动作技能及协调性的影响效果。结果:8周INT融入式羽毛球教学,能够显著提升6~7岁儿童的羽毛球基础动作技能(握拍规范性、发球准确性、高远球击球、颠球能力)和协调能力(平衡、节奏感、灵敏性)。该训练能够有效促进6~7岁儿童羽毛球基础动作技能的规范化发展,对其动态平衡能力、灵敏协调素质及神经肌肉控制能力产生积极影响,为儿童羽毛球启蒙阶段的科学训练提供了实践依据。结论:建议引入INT训练理念,摒弃成人化、竞技化的教学倾向;理性开展儿童羽毛球启蒙教学,加强培训市场的规范与引导。
