• Abstract: Objective: to establish a HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Huoxuezhitong capsule. Methods: Zorbax extend cm column (150 m m × 4.6 mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was ethyl ester-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (20:80), the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength was 203 mm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results: the linear relationship between ginsenoside Rg1 and peak area was good in the range of 1.236-9.888ug (r = 0.9991). The average recovery was 97.90%, RSD = 1.03% (n = 6). Conclusion: HPLC method is simple, reliable and specific, which can be used for the quality control of Huoxue Zhitong Capsule. 目的：建立测定活血止痛胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1 含量的高效液相色谱 （HPLC）法。方法：采用Zorbax Extend-Cm 柱（150 mm×4.6 mm，5μm）， 流动相为乙脂-0.1% 磷酸溶液（20：80），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为203 mm，柱温为30℃。结果：人参皂苷Rg1 进样量在1.236~9.888ug（r=0.9991）范 围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为97.90%，RSD=1.03%（n=6）。结论： HPLC 法简便可靠、专属性强，可用于活血止痛胶囊的质量检测。
