镀铁层的硬度、耐磨性与镀液中 B4C 浓度关系的研究

  • 摘要: 利用电化学沉积工艺,在镀液中加入高硬度不溶性非金属固体颗粒 B 4 C,使这些颗粒与铁共同沉积,通过改变 B 4 C 的颗粒浓度研究了镀层表面均匀 程度、硬度和耐磨性。结果表明:随B 4 C颗粒浓度的增加,镀铁层中的微裂纹减少, 硬度和耐磨性提高。
  • Iron coating was formed using electrochemical deposition technology and adding nonmetal insoluble solids B4C with high hardness. The surface evenly degree, hardness and corrosion resistance and wear resistance were studied by changing the concentration of B4C. The results show that the micro-cracks reduce, the hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance increase with the increase of B 4 C concentration.
