• Abstract: This paper explores the teaching methods in the course of securities investment, puts forward the project-driven teaching method, and makes an in-depth study of the project design, project implementation and problems needing attention under the teaching method. Then it discusses the significance of applying project- driven teaching method. 本文针对证券投资课程中的教学方法进行了探索，提出项目驱动教学法， 并深入研究该教学法下项目的设计、项目的实施和需要注意的问题。 后探讨了 应用项目驱动教学法的意义。
