中西医结合治疗偏头痛的疗效观察及护理

- 摘要： 目的：探讨偏头痛的中西医结合护理措施，以减轻痛苦，提高患者的 生活质量。方法对 2017 年 2 月至 2019 年 2 月来我院治疗的 76 例偏头痛患者的 临床资料进行回顾性分析，对所有患者均采取心理护理、用药指导、健康指导 等一系列的护理措施。结果：本组 76 例患者经过护理与指导，其中显效 46 例， 有效 22 例，无效 8 例，总有效率为 89.47％。结论：加强偏头痛患者的中西医 护理与指导，对提高临床疗效和减轻并发症的出现具有重要的意义，因此值得 在临床上推广和应用。
- Objective: To explore the nursing measures of migraine combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, in order to reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods the clinical data of 76 migraine patients in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: after nursing and guidance, the total effective rate was 89.47%. Conclusion: it is of great significance to strengthen the nursing and guidance of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for migraine patients, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical.
