自制清肺止咳糖浆的疗效评估

• 摘要： 目的：对自制清肺止咳糖浆治疗咳嗽病症的治疗效果评定。方法：选 取 2018 年 4 月一 2019 年 4 月我院收冶的 60 例患者，随机分为治疗组（30 例） 和对照组（30 例）。治疗组患者均口服自制清肺止咳糖浆，而对照组患者口服 川贝止咳糖浆。观察两组患者的疗效，比较两组患者痊愈所需的治疗时间、治 疗剂量以及药物不良反应大小。结果：治疗组的总有效率为 96.67%，对照组的 总有效率为 83.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义。治疗组患者显效时间短于对 照组患者，差异有统计学意义。对照组中痰湿偏重的患者，如稀疾、白疾，容 易咳出的痰以及咳声重浊，咳嗽痰多，舌淡苔白腻，舌质淡红者，治疗之后无 明显疗效，且咳嗽加重，病情治疗困难。治疗组患者无不良反应。结论：自制 清肺止咳糖浆不仅具有良好的清肺、止咳、化痰作用，而且安全无不良反应， 值得在临床推广。
• Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qingfei Zhike syrup on cough. Methods: from April 2018 to April 2019, 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Qingfei Zhike syrup, while those in the control group were treated with Chuanbei Zhike syrup. Observe the curative effect of the two groups, and compare the therapeutic time, dosage and adverse drug reactions of the two groups. Results: the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group. The effective time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. In the control group, the patients with severe phlegm dampness, such as rare disease and white disease, easily coughed up phlegm and heavy coughing sound, many coughing phlegm, white and greasy tongue coating, and light red tongue, had no significant effect after treatment, and the coughing worsened, and the treatment was difficult. There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group. Conclusion: the self-made Qingfei Zhike syrup not only has a good effect of clearing the lung, relieving cough and resolving phlegm, but also has no adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
