- 摘要： 根据某供电分公司发展策划部的具体情况，论述了综合统计与分析管 理信息化系统与电能量信息采集系统相衔接的必要性、可行性及该系统的功能 和目标，根据系统工程开发原则对综合统计与分析管理信息化系统与电能量信 息采集系统相衔接进行了总体设计与开发。
- Based on the concrete condition of the development planning department of one power supply branch company, this article discourses the necessity and feasibility of the convergence of the information system of comprehensive statistics and analysis and the collection system of capacity information and the function and target of this system. According to the development principle of systematic engineering, the convergence mentioned above is totally designed and developed.
