• Abstract: In view of the basic problems existing in the current power communication transmission network, combined with the two fiber one-way channel protection mechanism, mesh network and its deformed network topology, a new intelligent composite protection networking technology is proposed. Taking Dalian backbone communication network as an example, a new networking scheme is designed to verify the reliability, security and efficiency of the technology in transmission network networking. 针对当前电力通信传输网存在的基本问题，结合二纤单向通道保护机 制和网孔形网及其变形的网络拓扑结构，提出一种新型智能复合保护组网技术， 并以大连地区骨干通信网为实例，设计全新组网方案，验证该技术在传输网组 网中的可靠性、安全性及高效性。
